Rogers Park Apartment

Previously separated into a series of small rooms this condo did not take full advantage of the stunning unobstructed views of Lake Michigan. A simplified, open layout and white oak clad volumes organize this arrayed plan and provide areas for displaying the homeowner’s art collection. Simple, rich materials such as cork, marble, granite, brass and white oak are a nod to the mid-century building and provide light surfaces to reflect the light and reference the ever-changing beauty of the lake. Completed in 2016, this project was featured in Dwell Magazine.
